I received an email from you to reactivate my account, is this a real action needed?

Thank you for reaching out to us.  If you received an email from us alerting you to reactivate your account you must take action to reactivate within 30 days with the link from the email.  Once you complete the activation you will be able to complete purchases as a registered account holder and view all your orders within your account.  If you don’t have the link, I can assist you with a new link.
