What do I do if I received a damaged parcel or product?

Did a gorilla from schleich® Wild Life sit on your package? If you received damaged product or parcel, or you are dissatisfied, please contact our Customer Service team to receive a replacement product, or refund or return any product. All returns or refunds requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Refund amount is equal to purchase price and does not include shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Any packages returned without a label from our Customer Service Team will not be processed and re-imbursed.
